Sure. Say you're playing as Goku, and you want to go straight to SSJ3. What you do is press right on the directinal pad and R3, and he'll go SSJ3. Then, if you wanted to go back to the first level of SSJ to use his Angry Kamehameha attack (launched from one hand, looks awesome), you'd press left on the directional pad and R3. So pretty much the controls for that are:
Left + R3 = Second Form
Up + R3 = Third Form
Right + R3 = Fourth Form
Down + R3 = First/Base Form

There IS a combo list. There are too many to try to figure out by yourself.

The people who run the booth at the Con don't know anything more about the game than I do, they just run the booth. And the producers of the game aren't there, so I can't ask them. It's possible, though. He was a movie villain, after all.
